Possible reasons:
1. Too much moisture in the compressed air;
2. The arc point of the wire is in the air cap;
3. There are debris in the connecting nozzles of the front and rear conduits of two or one of the wires, which leads to a large resistance to the wire, and the wire feeding outlet has different lengths due to the softness of the wire;
4. The connecting mouth is not tight with the front and the catheter.
Method of exclusion:
1. Use an air filter to filter the compressed air, and periodically drain water to the bottom of the air reservoir;
2. Adjust the position of the two front conduits in the air cap so that the arc point is 1mm to 2mm from the outer plane of the air cap hole;
3. Pull out the metal wire, and use a needle to dredge the front and rear catheters and the connecting mouth;
4. Tighten the connecting nozzle to the front catheter.
