       Cold spraying of copper: the working gas pressure at the nozzle inlet is 2.5Mpa, the temperature is 380℃, the copper powder is -25 +5μm, the spraying distance is 20-50mm, the working gas is heated to 800℃, and the pressure is increased to 3.5MPa. The diameter of the throat of the nozzle is 2.7mm, and the diameter of the outlet is 8.6mm. Using N2 as the working gas, the N2 flow rate is 28-58m^3/h, the matrix is an aluminum tube, and the velocity and temperature of the particles hitting the matrix are 370-630m/s and 60-120℃, respectively.



The spraying results are as follows: the deposition efficiency is about 60%, the coating thickness is 5mm, the oxygen content of the powder and coating is 0.2%, the coating hardness is HV0.3 140-150, and the bonding strength is 35MPa.
