a. Oxygen hose, acetylene hose and air hose should comply with the national standard GB 2550 oxygen hose, GB2551 acetylene hose, GB1186 air hose, the three are not allowed to be used interchangeably to prevent the used air hose from being used as an oxygen hose, Danger of oil in the air line.



b. The length of a single oxygen and acetylene hose is generally 10-15m. Too long will increase the resistance of gas flow. The hose is not allowed to pass through the flue and close to the water source. Acetylene pipes, oxygen pipes and air pipes are not allowed to be laid in trenches or tunnels together with cables. When the trachea is overhead, the distance between the two is not less than 200mm, and the acetylene tube is required to be higher than the oxygen tube.



d. The hose is strictly prohibited from contacting grease, red-hot metal, or being crushed by sharp thorns and heavy objects.



e. When using a new rubber hose, clean it up and blow out the talcum powder or debris in the hose with compressed air, but the oxygen hose should not be blown with compressed air, but only with oxygen to prevent the compressed air from being blown into the air compressor without being purified. of oil into the oxygen pipe. After tempering, the hose should also be cleaned according to the above method, and the pressure should be tested with clean water.
