What are the characteristics of PQ-1S high-power plasma spray gun

       PQ-1S high-power plasma spray has 11 kinds of nozzles, which can be used for various spraying.



PQ-1S type spray gun requires the use of distilled water to cool the nozzle and electrode, the water pressure is generally 0.69MPa, the flow rate is 0.014m3/min ~ 0.016m3/min, and the inlet water temperature should be lower than 18 ℃. The spray gun can work with argon or nitrogen. When spraying with nitrogen, it adopts direct-current air intake, and when working with argon, it adopts tangential air intake. The argon inlet pressure is 0.69MPa, the nitrogen inlet pressure is 0.34MPa, and the hydrogen inlet pressure is 0.34MPa.



This spray gun has the following features:
