HEPJet high-efficiency supersonic plasma spray gun achieves the following main technical indicators;
(1) The maximum power of the spray gun is 80kW, which can be applied to four gas distribution schemes of argon plus hydrogen, argon plus nitrogen, pure nitrogen, and nitrogen plus hydrogen, so as to make full use of and exert the potential of the existing power supply;
(2) The maximum total gas flow should be less than 6m3/h;
(3) The particle flight speed exceeds the standard sound speed within the effective spraying distance;
(4) The bonding strength of the spray coating is greatly improved and the porosity is reduced.
