However, excessive pursuit of finer atomization will lead to adverse consequences: the degree of oxidation of spray particles will increase. With the increase of atomizing air pressure and flow rate, on the one hand, the oxygen content in the airflow increases, and on the other hand, the relative surface area of the sprayed particles increases sharply.
