The atomization air pressure and flow rate largely determine the atomization degree and flight speed of the sprayed particles, that is, the greater the atomization air pressure and flow rate, the more fully atomized the particles, and the denser the resulting coating. However, excessive pursuit of finer atomization will lead to adverse consequences: the degree of oxidation of spray particles will increase. With the increase of atomizing air pressure and flow rate, on the one hand, the oxygen content in the airflow increases, and on the other hand, the relative surface area of the sprayed particles increases sharply.
