       (1) Operators should be familiar with the operating procedures of common equipment such as compressors, oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders, and spray guns. A sufficient safety distance should be ensured between the gas cylinders, and the pipelines of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, acetylene and other gases should be checked frequently to prevent cracking and bursting.

    (2) The passageway of the work site should be kept unobstructed, and there should be no other obstacles. Fasten the seat belt before climbing high. Pay attention to good ventilation when constructing in the storage tank and pipeline, and must be supervised by a special person during operation.

    (3) Check the power cord, insulation, hose and gas pipeline before use. If the operation is not normal, repair or replace it immediately. The electrical equipment in the spraying place must be protected, and no open wires are allowed. If it cannot be avoided, there must be a protective tube. Temporary wires at the job site must be safe and reliable, and must not be exposed or randomly connected to prevent leakage accidents.

    (4) The flame spray gun should be kept clean and dry when not in use, and the valves on the spray gun should not leak. If tempering occurs during use, the spray gun should be turned off immediately for inspection and use.

    (5) It is forbidden to hang the spray gun and its hose on the pressure reducer or gas cylinder, let alone place it anywhere.

    (6) Adjust the gas pressure when blasting the workpiece, keep the gas clean and free from oil, water, dust and other debris. Workers should wear sandblasting work clothing to protect the eyes, face, chin and neck from airborne particles. All personnel on the sandblasting site should wear dust masks, safety eye protection or sunglasses. The blast hose should be on the ground to remove static charges. Do not point the blast gun nozzle at any part of your body or anyone else's body.

    (7) The workplace area should have sufficient flowing air and safe breathing devices to avoid the poisoning and stimulating effects of smoke and smoke produced by metal spray guns. Operators should wear protective clothing with straps around the wrists and ankles to isolate the dust from the metal spray material from the skin. Wear insulating gloves and leather shoes when operating the spray gun by hand.

    (8) It is strictly forbidden to point the flame of the spray gun at other people or flammable materials during the operation. Inflammable and explosive substances cannot be stored on the construction site, and cannot be processed at a certain part of the workpiece for a long time.

    (9) When the metal coating is organically sealed after processing, it should be operated according to the coating process, the appearance and color are consistent, the coating is uniform and tidy, and the operators should take corresponding anti-virus measures.

    (10) Before using solvent for degreasing, the label and precautions of the container must be read.

    (11) Do not use compressed air to clean clothes.

    (12) When the production is stopped or the production is intermittent, the gas source, compressor and other equipment should be turned off, the power supply should be cut off, the site should be sorted out, and all kinds of tools should be sorted and stored before leaving the construction site.

    (13) The power supply, console and spray gun shall not be cleaned or repaired without shutting down the entire system including cutting off the air supply and power supply.

    (14) The spraying equipment itself should ensure safe operation, have good grounding and insulation, and protect the electrical equipment in the spraying site, and no open wires are allowed. If it cannot be avoided, it should be equipped with casing.

    (15) The workplace and equipment should be cleaned frequently to prevent the accumulation of dust.
