       1) The construction site should be spacious, with air circulation, and ventilation devices should be installed.

    2) Install a closed protective fume hood and isolate the operation. In this way, the contact between harmful factors and the human body can be effectively isolated, which not only has the best protective effect, but also protects all harmful factors.

    3) Mechanized and automatic operation, which can enable the operator to control remotely. Especially for shaped products, when the thermal spraying process method is determined, it can be mechanized with special equipment, and the operator can monitor and control it from a long distance. It is more ideal to have an industrial TV for monitoring. Combining the above two measures (2) and (3) can reduce the harm of harmful factors to the human body to the minimum.

    4) On-site staff should wear dust masks, preferably filter dust masks or use continuous airflow channel respirator. It consists of a standard continuous air channel respirator, face shield or helmet and dust shield. Strengthen the protection of the head and neck. At the end of the protective mask, the maximum air intake of the respirator is 6.6m3/h, and the air volume entering the helmet or dust cover is 10m3/h. Blowing fresh air is better than compressed air as a breathing source.

    5) The test air should be sampled regularly except for the absence of respiratory protective equipment away from the spray point. Air should also be sampled for testing after spraying has ceased in the spraying area and respiratory protective equipment has been removed. The concentration safety limit of harmful metals is: aluminum 0.15g/m3; cadmium 0.10mg/m3; chromium and chromate 0.10mg/m3 (measure CrO3); the allowable concentration of ozone and nitride is: O30.10 X10-6, NO2 5x10-6.
