Therefore, the grinding wheel speed has a reasonable value under certain processing conditions. Generally, green silicon carbide grinding wheel v=20m/s~25m/s; synthetic diamond grinding wheel v=15m/s~25m/s; cubic boron grinding wheel v=25m/s~35m/s.



    

     As the axial feed increases, the productivity increases, but the wear of the grinding wheel also increases. The roughness of the machined surface increases. Generally, the internal and external cylindrical grinding fa= 0.5m/min~1m/min; the plane grinding fa=10m /min~15m/min.

     

     If the workpiece speed is too high, it is easy to generate vibration. General workpiece speed vw=10m/min~20m/min.
