       The ultra-high-speed plasma spraying system (HEPJet) adopts the internal powder feeding method to realize high-efficiency supersonic plasma spraying under the conditions of low power (80kW) and small gas flow (6m3/h). The system can produce a series of ceramic or cermet de-layers with various functions and series of high temperature resistance, heat insulation, gradient, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance with today's international advanced level and excellent performance at a low cost. It is mainly composed of heat exchanger, powder feeder, control cabinet, spray gun and power supply.

     The core technology of the system is a high-efficiency supersonic plasma spray gun. The spray gun adopts a single-anode structure with a Laval nozzle profile. The length of the compression channel is shortened, but the mechanical compression of the initial section of the arc is enhanced, forcing the anode spot to move forward to elongate the arc ( The arc voltage can reach 200V~400V), due to the acceleration of the arc section in advance, the thermal efficiency of the spray gun is improved, the supersonic jet with high enthalpy value is obtained, and the internal powder feeding structure is applied, which effectively reduces the energy consumption.
