We do not recommend adjusting the arc power by adjusting the secondary gas flow. In the specified plasma gas flow range, when the arc voltage exceeds the rated value, the arc length is generally too long, which may be caused by electrode ablation. Therefore, in this case, you should check whether the electrode is burned. If the voltage value is within the specified range and the power deviates from the required range, the arc current can be adjusted to make the arc power reach the required value.
