The maximum power is only 2kW (current 3.5A~50A, voltage 40V). The microbeam plasma flame is laminar, its noise is only 30dB~50dB, and the spraying distance is generally 15mm~20mm.
Usually, the plasma spraying power is above 40kW, and the plasma flame is turbulent. For workpieces with a wall thickness of less than 1mm, it will not be sprayed due to overheating. Microspeed plasma spray can solve this problem.
At present, microbeam plasma spraying has been successfully used to spray nickel-based, cobalt-based self-fluxing alloys, copper alloys and Al2O3 coatings on thin-walled parts and precision parts.
