An air compressor is a mechanical device that compresses air at room temperature into air with higher pressure by mechanical compression. Due to mechanical compression, the temperature of the air rises to 177°C, and then drops to 149°C through the cooler. Before entering the air storage tank, the air temperature is further reduced. When it reaches 71°C, the water vapor in the compressed air reaches saturation, and then passes through the condenser. Condensate the water vapor. Then through the dryer (agent), the dew point of the compressed air is lowered to below 5 ℃ to meet the needs of spraying.



   

    The reciprocating oil-free lubrication air compressor is a traditional air compressor commonly used in the thermal spraying field. Its compression and exhaust are completed by the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder. Although oil-free lubrication technology is used, the The oil vapor content and water vapor content of the compressed air are still difficult to meet the requirements of the thermal spraying process, and further purification treatment is required with a condenser and an oil-water separator.

    The reciprocating oil-free lubricating air compressor has the advantages of high exhaust pressure, stable gas production, and reliable operation, but it has disadvantages such as large vibration, large noise, large unit footprint, and easy wear and tear of key components.

    The screw air compressor relies on two oppositely rotating screws to inhale and compress the air at room temperature and pressure into compressed air with a certain pressure. The main engine has two screws, which is the heart of the air compressor. The machining accuracy of its spiral profile directly affects the performance, efficiency and reliability of the whole machine. Its accessories include unloading valve, temperature control valve, minimum pressure valve, oil-water separator, etc.

    Screw air compressors have the following characteristics.

    1) High efficiency Self-tensioning belt transmission is adopted, and the transmission efficiency is over 98%.

    2) The gas outlet is clean, and the two-stage high-efficiency oil and gas separation is carried out. ,

    3) Small vibration, low noise and small vibration, can be used without a base. The noise is low (67dB~79dB), which is 10dB~15dB lower than the noise of the traditional piston air compressor (80dB~90dB).

    4) Good cooling effect The efficient cooling system with automatic temperature control prolongs the service life of lubricating oil and reduces the wear of moving parts. The exhaust temperature is low (only 5℃~8℃ higher than the ambient temperature).

    5) High degree of automation, with self-diagnosis and protection functions, clearly displaying all operating parameters (working pressure, oil temperature, accumulated working time, fan motor overheating, main motor overheating, exhaust temperature overheating, running and stopping, etc.), Realize unattended 24h continuous operation.

    6) Energy-saving and no-load operation can automatically stop when running for too long, and start automatically when needed to save electricity

    7) Small footprint and less investment in infrastructure.
