The flow and temperature of the cooling water of the spray gun, the main air intake pressure and flow have a direct impact on the performance and service life of the plasma spray gun. Too little cooling water or insufficient main gas will greatly reduce the life of the key components of the spray gun, the nozzle and the cathode head. Once the water or gas is cut off for some reason, the spray gun will burn out.
