Plasma spray control cabinet

       The control cabinet is mainly composed of gas circuit system, electric control system and fault alarm and display system. The power supply, powder feeder, spray gun, high-frequency cabinet, water pump or heat exchanger are connected through the control cabinet to centrally realize the control and monitoring of the entire spraying process and the adjustment of related spraying parameters. Various parameters and action states are indicated by electricity meters, gas flow meters and indicator lights. In addition, the control cabinet is also equipped with an automatic protection device, which will automatically cut off the arc when the cooling water pressure or ion air pressure of the spray gun is insufficient.

     The main function of the control cabinet is to supply cooling water, working gas, powder feeding gas, working current and high-frequency current to the plasma spray gun, which can easily adjust and display water, gas and electricity. There are also various protection devices in the control cabinet to ensure the normal and safe work of the entire large set of equipment.
