The density of the spray coating is related to the size of the molten metal particles and the degree of flattening. If the metal particles are large and the degree of flattening is poor, the surface of the sprayed layer will be rough; if the metal particles are small and the degree of flattening is good, the surface of the sprayed layer will be dense. The size and flattening degree of the molten metal particles mainly depends on the pressure and flow of the compressed air, the electrical parameters used and the performance of the spray gun.
