       Arc sprayed long-term anti-corrosion composite coating refers to the composite coating of arc sprayed metal coating and closed coating. Arc sprayed metal coating mainly includes arc sprayed zinc, aluminum and its alloy coating, and closed coating includes closed bottom layer, Close the middle layer and close the surface layer.     5) Strong repairability. During the process of processing, lifting, transportation, installation and welding of steel structural parts, the coating will inevitably be damaged. The arc spraying technology can be repaired on site to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the anti-corrosion coating system.

    6) Good adaptability; arc spraying technology can select corresponding corrosion-resistant materials according to different corrosive environments, and the process system has universal adaptability.

    7) The operation is flexible and not limited by the size of the workpiece; large-scale components such as bridges, iron towers, steel piles, and oil platforms can be constructed in the factory or on-site.

    8) Both manual spraying and mechanized construction can be achieved; according to the size of the construction area and the shape of the workpiece, manual spraying or mechanized construction can be selected.

    9) The requirements for environmental conditions are low; whether in the cold northern region in winter or the hot southern region in summer, the construction of arc spraying long-term anti-corrosion coating can be carried out at any time, and the arc spraying layer has no curing time requirements.
