    Wire flame spraying is easy to operate and has low equipment operating costs, so it is widely used. The main features are as follows.

    a. It can be fixed or hand-held, flexible and light, especially suitable for outdoor construction.

    b. Any metal material that can be drawn into wire can be used for spraying, and composite wire can also be sprayed.

    c. The shape and nature of the flame and the parameters of the spraying process are easy to adjust, and it can be adapted to the spraying of materials ranging from low melting point tin to high melting point molybdenum.

    d. Using compressed air to atomize and push the molten particles, the jet is more concentrated, and the spraying rate, deposition efficiency and coating bonding strength are high.

    e. The surface temperature of the workpiece is low, no deformation occurs, and it can even be sprayed on paper, fabric, and plastic.
