The process flow of plastic powder flame spraying is: sandblasting and roughening of the working surface → preheating the surface of the workpiece → spraying plastic powder → cooling → testing → repairing → processing → finished product.

The pressure of various gases required for spraying (MPa): oxygen 0.3~0.5, pure air 0.4~0.6, flow rate 3m3/min~5m3/min, powder feeding gas 0.4~0.6, the specific flow rate is adjusted according to the powder feeding situation.

After adjusting the spraying flame to neutral flame or micro-carbonization flame, preheat the surface of the cleaned workpiece after sandblasting to the required temperature, and then powder spraying can be carried out. When spraying, the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the sprayed workpiece should be in the range of 150mm~250mm, which should be adjusted appropriately according to the deposition of the plastic powder used and the heating temperature of the workpiece. The thickness of the coating is determined according to the user's requirements, and the principle of "small amount and many times" can be adopted. Generally, it is appropriate to spray 0.05mm~0.1mm thick at one time, and the maximum thickness can be up to 3mm.
