       The relative moving speed of the spray gun and the surface of the substrate has a certain influence on the coating quality and the thermal deformation of the substrate. When the relative moving speed is too slow, the surface temperature of the substrate increases, and surface oxidation and thermal deformation occur in severe cases. At the same time, both the thermal expansion on the surface of the substrate and the condensation shrinkage on the coating occur on the contact surface between them, causing a large tensile stress and reducing the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate surface. Therefore, in addition to cooling the coating in time, it is very important to correctly select the relative moving speed between the spray gun and the surface of the substrate. When manually operating the gun, it is generally selected as 15m/mim~20m/min.
