Maintenance of Oxy-Acetylene Flame Powder Spray Gun

       Oxygen-acetylene flame powder spray gun must be maintained regularly. Only in this way can the spray gun be kept in good working condition. The maintenance knowledge of oxygen-acetylene spray gun is briefly described below.



     (1) All gas passages in the gun must not be stained with grease to prevent oxygen from burning or exploding in contact with grease. The mating surface of the nozzle must not touch the hair, otherwise it will affect the use.

     (2) All gas passages in the gun must not leak air. If there is air leakage, the associated air valve should be closed immediately. After inspection and adjustment, it can be used after no air leakage.

     (3) If backfire is found, the quick safety valve should be closed immediately. In this way, the tempering is quickly extinguished in the gun, wait for a while and then open the quick safety valve to blow out the residual carbonaceous particles in the gun, and then ignite for use. ,

     (4) When the spray gun is out of use, it should be hung up with the hose, or placed in an appropriate box to prevent the intrusion of dust and impurities, which will affect the use, and should be scrubbed frequently to keep it clean. ,

     (5) All types of spray guns should be lightly loaded and handled during transportation, and should be placed in a dry and grease-free place during storage.
