Combustion powder spray guns have roughly the same failures as wire flame spray guns, plus some special failures.

      (1) The switch of the powder valve fails and cannot be pressed or the powder will not come out. The reason is that the powder valve switch has been used for too long, and the powder leaked to the spring and was stuck by the coarse powder particles. The powder valve switch and screws should be removed and used after cleaning.

      (2) Fire or temper after ignition. The reason is that the air leaks with the sealing surface, and it should be checked whether the nozzle hole surface and the mixing tube are in good contact. Whether the face seal of the parts in the ejector is good. Exclude air leakage before use.

      (3) Tempering. When tempering is found, the powder spray gun should immediately close the quick safety valve, and the wire spray gun should immediately close the main valve, so that the tempering will be extinguished quickly in the gun. Wait for a while, then open the main valve, blow out the remaining soot in the gun, and then use the flaming gun to ignite it.
