       1) It is not suitable for the pretreatment of finished parts or parts that require high machining accuracy.



2) It cannot be used directly to remove viscous or elastic contaminants such as grease, oil or asphalt.

3) It is not possible to sandblast complex parts with deep grooves or surrounding chambers. Sandblasting in these parts will easily cause abrasive accumulation.

4) Abrasive blasting can produce residual compressive stress on the surface of the workpiece, especially when using steel shot or glass bead blasting. This is beneficial for improving the fatigue strength of the product, but for electrical components such as silicon steel sheet iron cores for motors, sandblasting will change its electromagnetic properties and cause harmful effects.

5) The size of workpieces that can be blasted by jet-suction sandblasting machines and centrifugal sandblasting machines is limited. Centrifugal sandblasting machines are only suitable for spraying large quantities of the same type of parts, and the production flexibility is small.

6) Sandblasting produces considerable dust and noise, polluting the environment.
