The main purpose of surface pre-processing:
(1) Clean the surface of the workpiece to remove various damages on the surface of the workpiece to be sprayed (such as fatigue layer and corrosion layer, etc.), the original spray layer, quenching layer, carburizing layer, nitriding layer, etc., and correct uneven wear. On the surface, the thickness of the sprayed layer is uniform.
(2) Reserve the thickness of the spray coating.
(3) Roughen the surface of the workpiece to improve the bonding strength between the spray coating and the workpiece
