    For the cleaning and degreasing of mass-produced workpieces, it is best to use trichloroethylene vapor degreasing.

    2) Ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing

    For workpieces with dirt accumulated in a narrow area, according to the availability of workpiece cleaning, choose a cleaning fluid, and use ultrasonic oscillation to remove dirt in the gaps of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface, but due to the heat generated during operation, if it takes a long time operation, the use of flammable or volatile solvents is not recommended.

    3) Heating and degreasing

    For porous workpieces such as castings saturated with grease, generally cleaning with solvent or lye can only achieve the effect of removing the surface of the workpiece, and it is difficult to remove the grease in the micropores. Using the heating and degreasing method, the workpiece is heated at a low temperature of 100 ° C ~ 200 ° C, so that the oil in the micropores is volatilized and carbonized, and the grease can be removed. When removing oil by heating, care should be taken to remove residual carbon deposits on the surface. At the same time, the temperature should not be too high, otherwise the structure of the workpiece will change or the workpiece will be deformed.
