Properties and application characteristics of coated self-bonding composite wire

       1) Nickel-aluminum composite wire



     Nickel-aluminum composite wire is a typical clad composite wire. It can be a nickel tube covered with an aluminum core wire, or an aluminum tube covered with a nickel core wire, and the latter has a faster exothermic reactivity. When sprayed, the reaction mechanism and coating properties of the material are the same as those of the nickel-aluminum composite powder spray coating. But the cost of composite wire is lower and the deposition efficiency is higher.

     It can be applied to the self-adhesive bottom layer when repairing crankshafts, shafts, plungers, etc. Repair aero-engine parts such as guide vanes, compressor casings, etc.

     2) Aluminum skin coated chrome oxide powder core tubular composite wire

     The chemical composition of the aluminum skin-coated chromium oxide powder core (Al/Cr2O3) tubular composite wire is: 62% (mass) Al+38%·Cr2O3, and the average particle size of the Cr2O3 powder is less than 63μm. This material can also have a strong aluminothermic heat protection reaction when sprayed, and the coating has heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings can be prepared. For hot air pipes, boiler pipes, heat exchanger pipes, etc.
