Intermetallic compounds are metal compounds formed by the exothermic reaction of two metal materials at a certain temperature. Its properties are similar to metal materials, with good electrical and thermal conductivity, as well as special shape memory effect and semiconductor characteristics. It has stable chemical properties, is not afraid of high temperature oxidation, and has relatively high strength, toughness and mechanical properties at high temperatures.
