       Friction composite powder is made of high hardness, high friction and heat-resistant ceramics, cemented carbide particles and metal powder with good thermal conductivity and high strength through agglomeration. This composite powder spray coating has better anti-seize and smooth braking ability, and combines the comprehensive advantages of metal brake materials and non-metal brake materials. It has the advantages of good thermal conductivity, can conduct a large amount of heat generated by friction to avoid local overheating, high strength and good thermal shock resistance; and the latter has the advantages of high hardness, large friction and good heat resistance. This coating does not contain organic compounds, and is suitable for friction materials in high temperature and non-lubricated situations.



     This material mainly includes copper-based high-strength frictional composite powder, bronze-based frictional composite powder, iron-based high-strength frictional composite powder and cobalt-based high-temperature frictional composite powder. The anti-seizure ability of these materials increases in turn. Among them, the iron-based high-strength friction composite powder is suitable for friction braking under large braking torque, such as spraying of brake pads for tanks, bulldozers, tractors, etc. ; Cobalt-based high temperature friction composite powder is suitable for use under high temperature and heavy load, such as brake pads for mechanical brakes such as forging, die casting, and continuous casting.

     Coatings can be prepared by plasma spray and explosive spray processes.
