Coating Quality Defect Analysis - Coating Delamination

       ①The spray gun is spraying in one place for too long, so that the inclusions produced by the spraying cover the nearby surface to be sprayed. When spraying again, the metal particles float on the inclusions and cause delamination.



     ②The coating is thicker, if it is not sprayed at one time and the interval is too long, the spraying will cause delamination.

     ③ There is excess oil and water in the compressed air, which adheres to the surface of the workpiece during the spraying process, resulting in the deterioration of the bonding strength between layers.

     ④ The spraying place is not clean. After each layer is sprayed, there will always be a lot of dust adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to isolate the coating.
