Brief introduction of explosive spraying equipment

       The explosive spraying equipment consists of the following parts: the barrel of the explosive spray gun and its three-dimensional motion system, gas mixer, powder feeder, ignition and detonation device-spark plug, gas distributor and control cabinet, water cooling system, workpiece motion mechanism and console. The above-mentioned device is controlled by a computer. If a camera is added in the soundproof and dustproof room, the entire spraying process can be monitored through a TV screen to obtain the best spraying conditions.



    Taking the Dnepo-3 explosive spraying equipment developed in Ukraine as an example, the spray gun consists of a water-cooled gun body with an inner diameter of 25mm and a length of about 1200mm and a gas supply mechanism. In the spraying process, it is technically very difficult to evenly feed the very fine powder into the spray gun. Therefore, the powder feeding device is one of the key equipments of explosive spraying technology.

    There are two main types of explosive spraying equipment used in my country, one is the original equipment purchased directly from Ukraine, and the other is the equipment developed by my country or imported from Ukraine. There are mainly two types of Dnepo-3 and Jemiton.

    The Dnieper-3 type adopts a stepping cylinder to replace the multi-cam and multi-valve system of the United Carbide company's spray gun, and has applied for a patent. It uses C2H2 as gas, N2 or compressed air as powder feeding and cleaning gas, and can be sprayed Metals, ceramics, alloys and other powders are mostly of this type used in my country. The Jemiton type is a simplification of the Dnepol-3 type. It uses liquefied petroleum gas as the gas. The equipment is cheap and easy to maintain. However, its coating quality is not as good as the Dnepol-3 type, and it cannot be sprayed with Co mass fraction. High cermet.
