Self-bonding high temperature wear-resistant mixed powder

       Self-bonding high temperature wear-resistant mixed powder is a mixed powder which is mechanically mixed with Ni-AI or NiCr-AI self-bonding composite powder and ceramic powder. The ceramic powders used are mostly high temperature stable α-AI2O3.



       This powder-coated coating is denser and smoother than pure ceramic coatings, with improved strength and toughness, reduced crack susceptibility, better thermal shock resistance, and better high temperature wear resistance. The coating has both good bonding strength characteristics of self-bonding metal coating and the characteristics of high temperature resistance and wear resistance of ceramic hard phase, and can be used as a high temperature wear and corrosion resistant coating above 980℃.

       This mixed powder should preferably be sprayed by gas-stabilized plasma, or by powder flame spraying (accelerated with compressed air) to prepare high temperature wear resistant coatings.
