Such powders mainly include titanium oxide chromium oxide (TiO2-Cr2O3) powder, barium titanate (BaO-TiO2) powder and titanium oxide-based far-infrared powder.

    1) Titanium oxide chromium oxide (TiO2-Cr2O3) powder

Chromium oxide is added to the titanium oxide crystal to form a TiCr2O5 (AB2O5) type crystal structure. Because chromium oxide has high hardness and good corrosion resistance, it can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of titanium oxide, enhance its corrosion resistance, and maintain the good toughness, high bonding strength and dense coating of titanium oxide coating. It is a ceramic coating material with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. But chromium oxide is toxic. Titanium oxide and chromium oxide powder are used as corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings for use at temperatures below 540 ° C, wear-resistant particle wear, adhesive wear, hard surface wear and fiber wear coatings, such as chemical pump plungers, mechanical seal rings, compressor shafts Class; chemical fiber spinning machine guide yarn, spinning parts and so on.

Coatings can be prepared by gas-stabilized plasma spraying, water-stabilized plasma spraying, supersonic plasma spraying, supersonic flame spraying, explosive spraying and powder flame spraying (accelerated with compressor air).

    2) Barium titanate (BaO-TiO2) powder

The melting point of barium titanate powder is 1654℃, which is an important ceramic material with high dielectric properties and good piezoelectric properties. Barium titanate powder has a low melting point, good spraying process performance, fine coating, low porosity, excellent adhesion, and is easy to grind and polish to a small surface roughness. It is an important electrical insulating coating. Mainly used for ceramic capacitors, insulators, etc., also used as piezoelectric sensors.

Gas-stabilized plasma spraying and supersonic flame spraying can be used. Coatings are prepared by explosive spraying or powder flame spraying.

    3) Titanium oxide based far infrared powder

This is a composite oxide ceramic powder (TZN) composed of TiO2, ZrO2 and Nb2O5. The coating is black and has a high thermal emissivity. When heated, it can radiate far-infrared waves with a wavelength of 6m~50m. The energy of the wave is easily absorbed by the molecules of the macromolecular organic matter, water and air and other substances, resulting in resonance phenomenon and internal heat, thereby accelerating the drying process of these substances, shortening the heating time, improving the heating efficiency, and saving energy. . Mainly used in electric baking equipment.

Coatings can be prepared by gas-stabilized plasma spraying, powder flame spraying, supersonic flame spraying and explosive spraying.
