Chromium oxide-based ceramic composite powder is a ternary composite oxide powder containing silicon oxide and titanium oxide as the main component of chromium oxide. The melting point is 2300℃, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 9.6x10-6K-1.
The powder coating process has good performance, improved powder deposition efficiency, strong bonding force with the substrate, dense coating, and good wear resistance, which is the most wear-resistant among the known chromium oxide coatings. The coating is dark black, is a neutral and acidic complex oxide, and has excellent corrosion resistance. Mainly used for chemical compressor shaft, plunger, piston rod, pump mechanical seal ring, wear-resistant ring, ring valve, flue gas fan blade, polishing and polishing fixtures, etc.
Coatings can be prepared by gas-stabilized plasma spraying, water-stabilized plasma spraying, supersonic flame spraying, explosive spraying or powder flame spraying (accelerated with compressed air).
