Copper-based self-fluxing alloy powders mainly include aluminum bronze, tin bronze, manganese bronze, silicon bronze and manganese silicon bronze. Some copper-based self-fluxing alloy powders are added with an appropriate amount of phosphorus. When spraying, phosphorus can reduce the oxides on the surface of the coating and the base material, so that it has good self-fluxing properties.
The coating formed by the copper-based self-fluxing alloy powder has good mechanical properties, high plasticity, easy processing, good corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient, and is suitable for the repair of various bearing bushes, bearings, and machine tool guide rails.
