What are the properties and application characteristics of copper and copper alloys

       (1) Pure copper has no wear resistance, while copper alloy has good wear resistance.

Mainly used for water pump blades, airlock valves, pistons, bearing bushes.

(4) The phosphor bronze coating is dense, has better mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and wear resistance than other bronzes, and has a beautiful pale yellow color, which can be used for decorative coatings. The copper-phosphorus alloy powder coating has the characteristics of low friction coefficient and easy processing, and can be used for the repair of pressure cylinder blocks, machine tool guide rails, and shafts that are easy to wear.
