The conductive coating must have good electrical conductivity and low resistance. The general characteristics and application characteristics are as follows;
(1) The conductivity of a material almost always decreases with increasing temperature;
(2) Dense oxide-free coatings are always more conductive than porous oxide-bearing coatings;
(3) The coating has a relatively high internal stress and is in an abnormal strain state. After annealing, the stress can be reduced and the conductivity of the coating can be improved accordingly;
(4) Conductive coatings are used in moving shafts, capacitor contacts, grounding couplers, arresters, etc.;
(5) The conductive coating is often sprayed with pure Cu and pure AI coatings.
