What are the characteristics and application characteristics of oxidative atmosphere resistant coatings

       Such coatings must protect the base material from high temperature oxidation. Its characteristics and application characteristics are:

     (1) It must have a melting point higher than the operating temperature and be resistant to oxidation at ambient temperature;

     (2) The shape and size of the pores will affect the performance of the coating, and a dense coating is the most ideal;

     (3) The cyclical change of temperature will affect the thermal fatigue resistance or thermal shock resistance of the coating; the larger the temperature range and the faster the cooling rate, the greater the tendency of the coating to peel off;

     (4) Make the coating and the substrate have similar thermal expansion coefficients as much as possible;

     (5) The application of anti-oxidative atmosphere coating is in exhaust muffler, heat treatment fixture, annealing plate, etc.
