Nickel-clad aluminum is a composite powder formed by cladding nickel on the surface of an aluminum core.
Powder composition: Ni: 80, Aluminum: 20, particle size is generally -90 +53μm.
Production method: The nickel-clad aluminum composite powder is compounded by liquid deposition or vapor deposition, and a uniform nickel shell is coated on the surface of the aluminum core by chemical method. Its shape is shown in the figure.
