flame spray
Using flame as a heat source, metal and non-metallic materials are heated to a molten state, and a mist flow is formed under the impetus of high-speed airflow, which is sprayed onto the substrate. When the sprayed tiny molten particles hit the substrate, plastic deformation occurs and becomes a flake superimposed. A coating is deposited, a process called flame spraying.
Flame spraying is a widely used process in spraying technology. Using flame spraying technology, various pure metal, alloy, ceramic and other coatings can be prepared.
