Explosive spraying is to first send a certain proportion of oxygen and acetylene into the combustion chamber of the cold spray gun from the air supply port. After ignition by the spark plug, the mixed gas of oxygen and acetylene will explode and burn, and then the powder feeder will send the spray powder into the combustion chamber. Its thermal energy heats the sprayed powder to a certain state, and finally, under the action of the explosion shock wave, the powder particles are sprayed to the surface of the workpiece to form a coating.
