current position:Information and data>Carbide Ball Introduction
Cemented carbide balls are high-temperature sintered alloy materials composed of refractory metal WC and cemented metal Co or Ni. Its alloy has high hardness and good wear resistance. At room temperature, it has good rigidity, no obvious plastic deformation, and small thermal expansion coefficient. The product has good dimensional stability and high processing accuracy. WC-Ni-based alloy has good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, thus improving the service life of the product. Due to the above characteristics of cemented carbide, it is widely used in ball rolling elements in the bearing industry, rotating balls for fluid sealing, pump valve cores, oil excavator check valve cores, valve seats and many other military and civilian high-tech fields.
Commonly used materials for carbide balls: YG6, YG8
Hardness of carbide ball: greater than 91 degrees
Application of carbide balls: precision bearings, instruments, meters, pens, sprayers, water pumps, mechanical accessories, sealing valves, brake pumps, punching holes, oil fields, hydrochloric acid laboratories, hardness measuring instruments, fishing gear, counterweights , decoration, finishing and other high-end industries!
