       1. Before the oxygen cylinder is installed with the pressure reducer, the oxygen valve should be slightly opened to blow off the dirt, so as to prevent dust and garbage from entering the pressure reducer and blocking and causing accidents.

2. It is forbidden to put oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and other combustible gas cylinders together; all inflammables, greases and items with oil stains cannot be transported with the oxygen cylinders in the same vehicle.

3. When handling oxygen and acetylene bottles, the protective cap on the neck of the bottle should be installed well. When using it, it should be placed in a proper and reliable place to remove the protective cap on the neck of the bottle. It can only be unscrewed by hand or wrench, and it is forbidden to strike with a metal hammer to prevent sparks from causing accidents.

4. The nut of the oxygen decompression gauge should be screwed at least 6~8 buttons on the mouth of the oxygen bottle. The screw joint should be tightened, and the adjusting screw of the decompression gauge should be loosened.

5. After the oxygen cylinder and pressure reducer are installed, slowly open the oxygen valve, check whether the joint connecting the pressure reducer to the oxygen cylinder is leaking, and whether the indicator is flexible. When opening the oxygen valve, do not face the pressure reducer. The meter should stand on the side or back of the pressure reducer. Do not use pyrotechnics or open flames when checking for air leakage. Use soapy water to check, and use it only after checking that there is no leakage.

6. It is strictly forbidden for the mouth of the oxygen bottle to contact grease, or use an oily wrench to tighten the oxygen bottle valve and the decompression connecting screw. It is also not allowed to wear oily gloves to avoid burning and explosion accidents.

7. Oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and pressure reducers should be properly placed before and after use to avoid impact and vibration.

8. When using acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders, they should be placed vertically and fixed with brackets to prevent falls.

9. Keep a distance of more than 8-10 meters between oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders, flammable and explosive items or other open flames. In some cases, when it is really difficult to reach 8-10 meters, it should be guaranteed not less than 5 meters, but it must be Strengthen protection.

10. The oxygen in the oxygen cylinder is not allowed to be used up completely, leaving 1~2 kg/cm2 of residual pressure.

11. If the bottle valve and pressure reducer are frozen in winter, it can be thawed with hot water, steam or infrared light cannon, and it is strictly forbidden to use open fire for heating.

12. It is forbidden to use iron tools to slam each part of the gas cylinder, and do not slam the adjusting screw of the decompression table, so as to prevent the airflow from rushing out at a high speed and cause an accident due to high temperature caused by local friction.

13. When operating in the open air in summer, oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders should be prevented from being directly exposed to the sun, so as not to cause gas expansion and explosion, they must be placed in a pergola or covered with a damp cloth.
