Recently, I was doing aluminum-silicon polyurethane plasma spraying and spraying with an F4 gun. I found that the powder has poor fluidity. The powder feeding tray has a discontinuous phenomenon below. The powder feeding is discontinuous and the flame is shaking. I want to know if there is any experience with this powder. God, please help.
In addition, the product requirements are required, and the porosity is currently not up to the standard. Please advise how to adjust the parameters to obtain a dense and low-porosity coating. The product requires a porosity of less than 10% and a pore size of not more than 10um.
