The supersonic plasma spray coating has better comprehensive performance. A proper heat treatment process can reduce the porosity of the coating. Improve the elastic modulus and hardness of the coating. Release the residual tensile stress of the coating. But the heat treatment temperature is higher than 600 ℃ or the holding time is longer than 2 hours, which will reduce the quality of the coating.
