Relationship between spraying distance and spraying range

       A spray coating that cannot be formed when the solid solid phase particles reach a certain number. The higher the initial voltage, the larger the spraying range for obtaining the liquid-phase sprayed layer and the sprayed layer containing solid-phase particles.





     Thereafter, as the spraying distance continued to increase, the coating thickness continued to decrease. On this basis, the characteristics and formation mechanism of the coating were studied. The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the coating were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the bonding between the coating and the substrate was analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer. Within a certain spraying distance, the constrained electric explosion spraying method in the continuous powder feeding pipe can make all the high melting point tungsten carbide particles in a molten state to form a liquid-phase sprayed coating. This kind of coating is dense. The layers are characterized by vapor deposition.
