The triple eccentric butterfly valve plasma surfacing machine consists of a medium-sized vertical manipulator, a medium-sized positioner, a surfacing head (composed of a powder feeder, a plasma torch, etc.), a surfacing power source, a PLC control system, and a refrigerated heat exchange booster cycle Water supply machine, protective device and other parts. The control cabinet panel is the operation interface, which consists of a touch screen and a small number of control switches.



Because the shape of the surfacing surface of the valve seat of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is not a standard circle, and the welding surface must be carried out in a horizontal position, so the welding state must be adjusted during the surfacing process, including the inclination angle of the positioner and the welding torch. Feed distance, lifting height of welding torch, etc. When implementing automatic surfacing, these parameters must be automatically adjusted following the rotation of the workpiece, always keep the surfacing surface in a horizontal state and the axial displacement of the welding torch within the position of the welding bead, and the height of the welding torch from the surfacing surface is consistent. It is a difficult problem for the control system of this machine to realize such automatic follow-up adjustment.
