Responsibilities of Thermal Spraying Managers   1. Managers must ensure that all sprayers, sandblasters and security inspectors on the job have passed comprehensive training and obtained job qualifications.  2. The manager must notify the relevant personnel of all safety information given by the equipment manufacturer and the material manufacturer in the instruction manual, (standard appendix) warning label.  3. Managers must formulate safety operating procedures for the pretreatment area (including degreasing and sandblasting processes), spraying area and post-treatment area (including sealing process or finishing process) according to the thermal spraying process. Make sure that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the hazards involved and the appropriate precautions to be taken. 4. Managers must ensure that all thermal spray equipment used (such as various types of spray guns, control equipment, power and electrical equipment, busbars, flow meters, regulators, pressure regulators, acetylene generators, sandblasting tanks, air purification equipment and protective equipment used by thermal spray operators, etc.) are approved
