Knowledge about spray painting

       

Spray paint handling is a messy project with lots of precautions. The paint treatment on the surface of rubber products can prevent dust pollution. Ideally, specific air supply and exhaust equipment should be selected for the entire coating production line to ensure air cleanliness throughout the production line. In addition, the paint thinner used in the processing is a flammable liquid and has certain toxicity. Therefore, the site should abide by the operation and safety procedures, and must take effective safety measures such as fire prevention and anti-static. After the heat source of the drying furnace is turned off, the hanging chain should continue to work for 15~20 minutes to prevent endangering the conveyor chain. The drying furnace and flash drying chamber should be cleaned regularly with a vacuum cleaner to keep the interior clean and tidy. The spray gun and ancillary equipment should be cleaned in time after use to prevent clogging. During the painting process, the curing effect of the paint film is not good. Affects the desired effect of the entire painting process. There are two main reasons for this phenomenon. Taking appropriate improvement measures for these two aspects can prevent poor curing of the paint film during the coating process.

Reason: 1. The paint used for coating processing does not meet the requirements; 2. The control of the coating process is unreasonable, and the performance of the paint film cannot meet the technical indicators. The longer the baking time, the longer the baking time, the longer the baking time.



Try to use an oven temperature tester to measure the temperature change of the paint in the full-load baking oven to determine a reasonable baking and curing temperature and time, so as to obtain good paint processing quality.
