1. There are problems in the design of the tail flue of the circulating fluidized bed boiler:



The main performance is that although the circulating fluidized bed boiler is equipped with a cyclone separator, the fly ash concentration that the separator fails to collect and enters the tail flue is still very high, reaching 4kg/m3. Since the efficiency of the separator deviates from the design efficiency in actual operation, There are also more large particles entering the tail flue, resulting in high wear intensity and increasing the wear degree of this position.



2. The influence of tube bundle design structure:



According to relevant data, the wear amount of the second row of the staggered tube bundle is about 2 times larger than that of the first row, and the wear amount of the staggered tube bundle is smaller than that of the staggered row. The local wear amount of the first row of staggered tube bundles is basically similar, between θ=45°~60°, while for the second row of staggered tube bundles, the local wear amount is between θ=30°~45° The larger the particle size, the smaller the θ angle.



3. High flue gas flow rate:



According to the test, the wear rate is proportional to the nth power of the particle velocity. If the flow rate of the flue gas is equal to the velocity of the dust particles, then n=3. The wear of the heating surface at the tail of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is aggravated.
