The wear of the water wall is the most serious part of the circulating fluidized bed boiler. The actual operation of a large number of CFB boilers put into operation in the early stage has proved that the wear of the heating surface pipes occurs at a certain height (1 m ~ 2 m) above the end of the water wall wear-resistant material designed by the boiler manufacturer and in the corners of the furnace. The chance of tube bursting is greatest (especially for boilers that do not use yield tube technology for the water wall). Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the anti-wear treatment for the heating surface with serious wear in the furnace. It is even more necessary to adopt effective supersonic arc spraying anti-wear technology. Supersonic arc spraying anti-wear technology: supersonic arc anti-wear spraying is currently the most advanced spraying construction method in the world. Our company has successfully developed super-hard wear-resistant arc spraying materials with better wear resistance. These wires are aimed at working surfaces that are subjected to both severe particle erosion and abrasive wear in high temperature environments.
